Meet Tiago

Tiago has 14 years of customer service experience, including startups with tech-heavy platforms. He was recently a Director of Operations at Envoy America from startup to managing operations in 23 states and 63 cities with over 1,500 drivers – the first nationwide rideshare program focused on seniors. Tiago’s team achieved a 99% on-time performance. He was also a manager at American Airlines. Tiago is a soft-spoken native of Portugal, and fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. He excels at solving complex problems, client retention, conflict de-escalation, assessing needs and training.
